Paper Over Board Binders Now Available

KSP are pleased to announce the installation of a new paper over board binder making machine. Production of ‘Paper over Board’ or ‘Case Bound’ binders will now be completely in-house. ‘Paper over Board’ provides an extremely high quality, cost effective and environmentally friendly solution.

Firstly, oversized free issue litho printed and laminated sheets supplied to us are trimmed and mitred then bonded to grey board. The overhang is turned in on all four edges and the case completed with a separate liner sheet. Creasing and riveting completes the process to make a stunning alternative to the PVC and Polyprop binders previously manufactured in house by KSP. If you prefer we are happy to provide a quote to include the printed and laminated outer sheets.

Binders, Pattern Books, covers for wire-o binding etc. are all products we can now make using this method. So, where the environmentally friendly solution is paramount, paper over board is the answer. For more information, call Kevin Woodcock on 01295 269525.
