Litho printing on to plastics

If it's high quality printing onto plastic you require, we are able to offer full colour UV litho printing onto an extensive range of plastic substrates. This requires 'State of the Art' equipment with specialist knowledge of reprographics and the print process. We can advise you on the practical possibilities of these exciting substrates and our attention to detail ensures you get the very best quality print production you need to turn your creative ideas into increasingly more attractive and high quality presentation products for your business.

Maximum sheet size 1020 mm x 720 mm.
Maximum image area 1000 mm x 700 mm.
Maximum thickness 800 microns.
Our minimum run for litho printing is 100 sheets.

Digital printing

The latest and possibly the most exciting ‘string to our bow’. Stunning quality reproduction, resolution up to 2400 dpi, every bit as good as Litho quality but with the advantages of no minimum run, material thickness up to 50mm, yes that’s 50,000 microns!! Maximum sheet size 700 mm x 600 mm. Maximum image area 600 mm x 500 mm.

Virtually any material, any image. If you can imagine it, we can almost certainly print it. Very quick turnarounds, proofs, prototypes, you name it, we can print it quickly and beautifully.

Foil printing

A traditional printing technique used to personalise your product. No minimum quantities, can be used on many different materials, including polypropylene. Gold and silver foils held in stock but most foil colours available.
